Bedsheet Fundraising offers two different fundraising models: Local Pre-Sell and Direct-to-Door. With a Local Pre-Sell fundraiser, sellers promote products locally, collect customer orders and payments, and submit one combined order for the group. Products are then shipped together to the organization, which distributes them to customers. This traditional fundraising model allows groups to maximize their earnings by purchasing products at wholesale pricing and typically provides a higher profit per item sold. With Direct-to-Door fundraising, sellers share a custom online fundraising link with friends, family, and supporters. Customers place their orders directly online, and products are shipped individually to their homes. This model eliminates the need for the organization to collect orders, manage payments, store inventory, or distribute products, making it ideal for reaching supporters beyond the local community or running a fully online fundraiser.

How can I change or adjust the pricing?
With our online affiliate program, you are not able to adjust the pricing. Pricing flexibility is only available when you setup and run our traditional fundraising local pre-sell platform. Remember you can run and utilize both platforms. The online affiliate program works great for out-of-town sales.
Can I track how much a specific seller raised online?
Every sale requires the user making the purchase to enter a “Referral Name” at the time of checkout. This allows you to internal track who sold and raised money. Everyone order made will email the affiliate order details as well as post it to your order detail history within your dashboard.
Alternatively, each user or seller can sign up for their own affiliate account at https://www.bedsheetfundraising.us/affiliate-program/register/
How much money have I raised?
You can see how much money you have raised within your affiliate dashboard under the “Statistics” tab.

What is the difference between using paper orders forms and the tracking application.
With paper order forms, sellers record orders by hand and the organization must manually collect, total, and verify every order before submitting them. The Sales Tracking Application digitizes this process by allowing orders to be recorded in real time, reducing paperwork and errors while giving organizers instant access to sales progress and reports throughout the fundraiser.
What or is there a minimum order quantity
The minimum order quantity for a wholesale order is 12 sets. We do fulfill orders under 12, however, there will be a small shipping charge since the order doesn’t qualify for bulk shipping rates.
Do you ship directly to my customers?
When fundraising utilizing our online affiliate program, all order ship directly from our warehouse to your customer. With our traditional platform, your entire order will ship to one address to be distributed by the group. Please be sure to understand the difference between the two platforms.
How do you get paid?
You can request a payout up to once per month or whenever you’d like. Payout are paid in full by either check, Paypal, or Venmo. To request a payout, log into your affiliate dashboard and click on “Request a Payout”
How are my sales tracked & accredited to my account?
Our website uses cookies to track visits and credit referrals via a custom referral link. Example: https//:www.bedsheetfundraising.us/ref/2
It is important that everyone who intends to make a purchase to click through your custom link to ensure you get credit for the sale. If for some reason they enter our website (typing the website directly into the browser) without following a specific referral link, at checkout, the user is presented with an input field to input the ID of the organization they want to support.

Here is the key thing to know about our tracking cookies:
The type of cookies everyone is worried about lately are third-party cookies. Third-party cookies are used to track you across the internet as you surf from site to site. Our website uses first-party cookies to track your affiliate sales. None of the new privacy restrictions you may be hearing about concern first-party cookies. 😌😅
When a visitor comes to our website via a referral link, a cookie stores the fundraisers referrer’s ID number. Then, another cookie stores the total number of affiliate-referred visits to our site (the count increments by 1 each time any referral link for any fundraiser affiliate is used). A third optional cookie is stored if the fundraisers affiliate adds a ‘campaign’ name to their link for more detailed tracking.
There are no cookies or privacy concerns regarding how we track sales using these 1st party cookies.
Please note that in the rare occurrence that a user doesn’t click through an affiliate link or input the ID of the fundraiser’s organization at checkout, our system has no way to assign the sale to a fundraisers account. We are not responsible for user oversight and error though we will do everything in our ability to make corrections if we are made aware.
If you suspect a sale wasn’t recorded, please email us any information you may have such as the order number, name of purchaser, name of person who made the referral, and date or date range of purchase. We will do a search within our system and look for any discrepancies and let you know if we find anything.
