All orders will be invoiced and emailed to the person on record. You can pay electronically by credit card or check. Please note that with credit card payments, there will be a convenience fee charged. We also accept check payments by mail.

Payment processing times can vary and all payments must be processed and cleared before your order can ship. Checks both electronic and mailed can take 4-7 days to clear. Credit card payments typically clear within 24 hours and order will ship sooner than orders paid via ACH/Electronic check.

Why do we charge a convenience fee on credit card payments? We strive to keep our costs as low as possible so we can keep your profit margins as high as possible. Credit card and the processing companies charge a percentage fee and since invoices are typically in the thousands, these fees can be fairly high. Credit card payment options are not normal for such high invoice totals, however, we know some need the option, so we offer as a convenience to you. With credit card payments, your order will process and ship faster vs by check.

The minimum order quantity for a wholesale order is 12 sets. We do fulfill orders under 12, however, there will be a small shipping charge since the order doesn’t qualify for bulk shipping rates.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of payment being received and cleared by the bank and arrive within 4-7 days. Increase in order volume may also cause delays. These are typically leading up to the holidays and end of school year. Small individual online orders purchased on our website store ship next day and typically arrive in 3-5 business days.

Your order will ship via FedEx or R&L Carriers with a tracking number. The tentative delivery date will be 3 to 5 business days from the time payment has cleared.

Shipping is included in the wholesale price when 12 sets or more are ordered at one time and shipped to the same address.

If your wholesale order is under 12 sets, there will be small shipping charge.

To ensure the accuracy of your order, we have a 3 person team that pulls and checks inventory to match the order form, counts the total number of sets within the shipment, and weights the order to ensure the correct number of sheets are sent to match the order form submitted. To ensure accuracy, it is highly encourage to fill out the order form by seller vs adding everything together. Adding everything together leaves room for human error.
