Exchanges can be made by completing this form. The cost is a flat rate of $24.

Before making exchange, consider trying to the sell the set(s) you have amongst your group and just purchasing the set(s) you need. We can fulfill a small order under 12 sets with a minimal shipping charge. The benefit here is you avoid the $24 flat rate exchange fee, and you make a little extra money selling the extra set you have.

Also, if you just received your order, you may want to wait a few days and see if any needs arise. We find that many groups need a small followup order for anything that was missed or some late undecided customers see the product and wish they would have ordered. 🙂

You are eligible for a refund for the cost of the sheets once my returns have been received back. Shipping is non-refundable.
