What or is there a minimum order quantity

Bedsheet Fundraising offers two different fundraising models: Local Pre-Sell and Direct-to-Door. With a Local Pre-Sell fundraiser, sellers promote products locally, collect customer orders and payments, and submit one combined order for the group. Products are then shipped together to the organization, which distributes them to customers. This traditional fundraising model allows groups to maximize their earnings by purchasing products at wholesale pricing and typically provides a higher profit per item sold. With Direct-to-Door fundraising, sellers share a custom online fundraising link with friends, family, and supporters. Customers place their orders directly online, and products are shipped individually to their homes. This model eliminates the need for the organization to collect orders, manage payments, store inventory, or distribute products, making it ideal for reaching supporters beyond the local community or running a fully online fundraiser.

When fundraising utilizing our online affiliate program, all order ship directly from our warehouse to your customer. With our traditional platform, your entire order will ship to one address to be distributed by the group. Please be sure to understand the difference between the two platforms.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of payment being received and cleared by the bank and arrive within 4-7 days. Increase in order volume may also cause delays. These are typically leading up to the holidays and end of school year. Other spikes can occur from time to time, and typically result is 1-3 days additional lead time resulting in 5-10 day turn around time. Contact us for more accurate processing times.

Small individual online orders purchased on our website store ship next day and typically arrive in 3-5 business days.

Your order will ship via FedEx or R&L Carriers with a tracking number. The tentative delivery date will be 3 to 5 business days from the time payment has cleared.

The minimum order quantity for a wholesale order is 12 sets. We do fulfill orders under 12, however, there will be a small shipping charge since the order doesn’t qualify for bulk shipping rates.

To ensure the accuracy of your order, we have a 3 person team that pulls and checks inventory to match the order form, counts the total number of sets within the shipment, and weights the order to ensure the correct number of sheets are sent to match the order form submitted. To ensure accuracy, it is highly encourage to fill out the order form by seller vs adding everything together. Adding everything together leaves room for human error. • A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Do you need to place and exchange? If so, fill out this form. Customer is responsible for costs involving shipping. Since you’re still eligible to receive wholesale pricing, consider placing a small order to buy what you need vs doing an exchange.

Shipping is included in the wholesale price when 12 sets or more are ordered at one time and shipped to the same address.

If your wholesale order is under 12 sets, there will be small shipping charge.

With paper order forms, sellers record orders by hand and the organization must manually collect, total, and verify every order before submitting them. The Sales Tracking Application digitizes this process by allowing orders to be recorded in real time, reducing paperwork and errors while giving organizers instant access to sales progress and reports throughout the fundraiser.
