A starter kit costs $12 and includes forms and brochures for 10 individuals. If you need additional kits, please enter how many below. These kits are not a requirement. We offer everything for free to download and print on our downloads page.
Why do we charge? Due to overwhelming demand and the high cost to produce these kits, we want to ensure we are sending these to groups and individuals who plan to use them. Once you make your first order, we will provide you a discount credit for the amount of kits you ordered.
